InnoDexis is a global innovation intelligence platform that curates, analyzes, and delivers structured intelligence across industries, technologies, and geographies. The Platform provides access to innovation signals, research momentum data, sector reports, emerging topic tracking, investment intelligence, and related analytical products. Platform features, content scope, and available tools may evolve over time at our sole discretion.
All Platform content, design, structure, software, databases, analytical frameworks, taxonomies, scoring methodologies, intelligence products, reports, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of InnoDexis LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any InnoDexis proprietary asset is strictly prohibited.
The intelligence published on the Platform references content derived from third-party sources. Original publishers retain full ownership of their respective materials. InnoDexis processes, transforms, and summarizes such content under applicable fair use, research purpose, and licensing frameworks. We do not claim ownership over source materials.
Any content, feedback, or data you submit to InnoDexis grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and incorporate such content for platform improvement and operational purposes, without obligation of compensation or attribution.
Subject to these Terms, InnoDexis grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the following purposes:

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.
InnoDexis employs automated technologies and human editorial oversight in the delivery of its intelligence products. Automated processes support data structuring, content synthesis, and analytical output generation. All such outputs are reviewed and validated by our editorial team prior to publication.
We do not disclose the specific tools, models, or service providers used in our analytical pipeline. Intelligence published on the Platform reflects the combined output of automated processes and human editorial judgment. Users should treat all intelligence as informational input and not as definitive professional advice.
All Platform content and intelligence products are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. InnoDexis makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, strategic, or professional advice of any kind. All intelligence is provided for informational purposes only. Users must independently verify all information before relying on it for any business, financial, investment, or strategic decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnoDexis LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm. In all cases, InnoDexis's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to InnoDexis in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InnoDexis and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach at contact@innodexis.ai. InnoDexis is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized under an enterprise or organizational license agreement. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
Subscription terms, pricing, billing cycles, auto-renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures are governed by the service agreement presented at the time of purchase. InnoDexis reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the terms of your specific subscription plan.
InnoDexis reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.
If you believe any content on the Platform infringes intellectual property rights or contains factual inaccuracies, please contact us at contact@innodexis.ai. We will review all verified claims and take appropriate corrective action, including correction, removal, or attribution update, within a reasonable timeframe. Frivolous or bad-faith claims may be disregarded.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. InnoDexis does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party resource. Access to third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy & Data Policy, available at innodexis.ai, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
InnoDexis operates in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations across jurisdictions where the Platform is accessed, including but not limited to:
InnoDexis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InnoDexis LLC is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:
Nothing in this clause prevents InnoDexis from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy & Data Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InnoDexis regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings.
